At ZenMounts, every mount is carefully prepared and checked for compatibility before dispatch. Since many of our products are helmet-specific and made in limited batches, we keep our return policy simple and transparent.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, email us at admin@zenmounts.com with your order number.


Returns & Replacements

We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • A compatibility issue occurred despite ordering for the correct helmet model listed on the website

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Packaging photos (if damaged during shipping)

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Incorrect helmet selection by the customer
  • Minor layer lines or surface marks inherent to 3D printed products
  • Damage caused during installation or use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products modified or altered after delivery

Compatibility Notice

Please ensure you select the correct helmet model before placing your order.

Many ZenMounts products are specifically designed for certain helmet models and may not fit others.

If you are unsure about compatibility, contact us before ordering.


Refunds

If your return/replacement request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side

In some cases, we may provide:

  • replacement parts
  • exchange units
  • installation guidance
    instead of a full refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, the return address will be shared over email.

Customers may be required to ship the item back in unused condition with original packaging.

For defective or incorrect products, return shipping may be reimbursed or arranged by us.
